Old wounds, hard conversations, things that made you feel small or overwhelmed  it all came up. And if that was you, I just want you to know: I see it. I honor it. You’re doing the work 🖤

And then I know some of you were on the total opposite side  you had breakthroughs. You felt upgrades, got amazing news, or saw some real progress in areas you’ve been working hard on ✨
And look  wherever you landed on that spectrum, that’s exactly where you’re meant to be. Both sides matter. One isn’t better than the other.

To my clients who are struggling: I’m proud of you. Because this is where it starts. When it’s hard, when it’s messy  that’s when you get to see what your patterns are. That’s when the real alchemy happens.
And to those of you flying high right now? Same thing. You didn’t get there by accident. You’ve done the deep work to hold those blessings 🌱
